I left The Billiard club Sat. night at 11:30. Morty Davis had just won a squeaker over "Ocho", and was waiting to play the winner of the other quarter-final for the chance to play Luc Dupierne, who was waiting in the hot seat. The handicaps ranged from 4 to 14. Cliff Joyner had to play at a 14, which was brutal. Luc's handicap was 10. I believe Morty was a 9. I'm sure Joe will post the final results later today.

Scotty Townsend, Josh Hilliard and Luc Dupierne finished outta the money. This kid Shane Winters from NY can flat out play. He was mowing everyone down, getting out from anywhere. But he ran into a local buzzsaw named Jason Moran, who was not to be denied. Moran beat Winters 9-3 in the final.
