Blew the engine in my backhoe so that has had very tied up. Got a fella that was a diesel mech with International Paper for ovber 20 years to help. We did a
complete in frame rebuild. Quite a learning experience. He said he had never see a Detroit blow a liner into two pieces and keep running. Got her back
together and cracked up Monday afternoon. Sounds like a new one, which in effect she almost is - 4 new liner kits (liners, pistons, & rods), new main
bearings, new thrust washers, new injectors, and a completely factory rebuilt head assembly. Spent a ton of money but she ought to last a while if I treat her
right. It's a 1988 Dynahoe 490. I calls her "Dinah da Ho'"

If breakers is this weekend, no. I have a buddy that has decided to end his fun with marraige this weekend. Its gonna be terrible to watch but unfortunately I
have to. I may object in his behave do to I feel he has been enchanted by the succubus.(kidding shes awesome). I will be getting out and playing more
tourny's however. I'll see you out before long I'm sure. Hope the motor runs for 40 years!

Pel, if y'all are talking about Breakers annual Bar Box Marathon, it's scheduled for August 1st and 2nd. I know you'll be
bringing along some Calcutta sand!!
