R. H. tried this years ago. I for one would like for all the Rooms that want to take part..........
Offer to have $1,000 added events in the state, rotating from room to room, until all have a tournament. Say we get 6 rooms, we would have two tournaments a year. maybe a bonus for winning, say 3 of the 6, over the six month period, like $200/per room. That would be a $1200 bonus and wouldn't break us.
Or if we could get 12 rooms.....$2,000 added and only one big tournament per year in each room.... we agree not to have any smaller tounrament on the weekend of the main events ( say the 4th weekend of every month) same entry for all the events. We could build a REAL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP off this format. Please respond or call 901-277-3740.
I don't care to organize this but I will if there is any interest......might there be a willing party, one that may or may not own a room. He might oversee the FAIRNESS for owners and players.
