Bear will be hosting a $1000 guarnteed 9 ball tournament at his new establishment, "The Billiard Club", on Oct 3rd in Mobile, AL.
Specifics are as follows:
$20 entry
Race to 9
13 Valley Barboxes. .50 a play.
$1000 Guarnteed purse. $400 being paid to 1st.
There will be a players auction prior to the tournament.

According to Bear this is the same tournament format he and Buffalo started in their poolhall in New Orleans. That tournament slowly turned into a monster, having payouts of 15,000. It would be nice to see this one do the same.
The poolhall is super nice. Equipment is made up of 4 Diamond 9ftrs (one with 4" pockets), 3 - 9ft GC1's, 8 - 8ft Gandys and 13 Valley barboxes.
Directions:
Turn off of I-65 onto US-90/Government St West. The Billiard Club will be 2 miles west on the right, just past the Krystal's.
